Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in full-carcass breakdown (Beef, Lamb, and Pork).

  • Exceptional knife skills and precision in primal cutting and retail presentation.

  • A high level of professionalism and the ability to engage with a discerning clientele.

  • A disciplined approach to food safety and workspace organization.

Junior Butcher / Apprentice

This is an entry-level position for someone looking to master the trade in a high-performance environment.

• Requirements:

  • No prior butchery experience is required.

  • A genuine passion for the craft and a desire to learn whole-animal butchery.

  • A positive, proactive attitude and the physical stamina required for a busy shop floor.
