Sales & Marketing Manager (Automotive Audio & Electronics)

The role

We’re hiring a hands-on Sales & Marketing Manager to build and execute a clear growth strategy, lift sales across all channels, and lead our team with strong daily management. This role is for someone who can think strategically and get things done—planning, launching campaigns, improving conversion, and driving consistent sales results.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the sales + marketing plan and deliver measurable growth in revenue, leads, and conversion.

  • Build a practical marketing strategy across:

o   Google (Search/Shopping), SEO and content

o   Facebook/Instagram and community marketing

o   Email marketing and customer retention

o   Marketplace growth support (eBay and other channels as needed)

  • Work closely with the sales team to improve:

o   Lead handling and follow-up speed

o   Sales scripts, quoting, and closing

o   Upsells, bundles, and promotions

  • Manage and coach the team (Australia + support team in India) with clear KPIs, weekly targets, and accountability.

  • Improve website performance (conversion rate, AOV, repeat purchase) by working with our developers/designers.

  • Plan and run product launches and promotions (new releases, bundles, seasonal campaigns).

  • Track performance weekly and report clearly on what’s working, what’s not, and what to do next.

What we’re looking for

·      Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager (or similar) with real results you can explain.

·      Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to turn it into weekly execution.

·      Confident with digital marketing performance basics: ads, SEO, email, funnels, conversion.

·      Strong leadership: you can manage people, set standards, and drive performance.

·      Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail + wholesale environment.

·      Great communication and organization skills.

Bonus points

·      Experience in automotive, car audio, accessories, or enthusiast markets.

·      Experience managing multi-channel sales (website, retail, wholesale, marketplaces).

·      Ability to improve processes (CRM follow-up, reporting, team routines).

Salary

·      $85,000 to $130,000 + super per year (depending on experience)

Location & hours

·      Based at our Laverton North, Melbourne HQ.

·      Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
