The Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing journey and deliver a great overall experience from first enquiry through to vehicle delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing sales enquiries via phone, email and showroom walk-ins
• Greeting customers and providing a professional, friendly experience
• Understanding customer needs and presenting suitable vehicles
• Maintaining strong product knowledge and current offers
• Following up leads and maintaining customer records in the CRM
• Working closely with finance and service teams to ensure a smooth process
• Building relationships with customers to generate repeat and referral business
• Achieving sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction

What we’re looking for

• Automotive sales experience preferred but not essential
• Strong communication skills and confidence with customers
• Motivated, driven and eager to succeed
• Professional presentation and a customer-first attitude
• Ability to work well both independently and within a team
