We’re looking for reliable, hardworking people who enjoy hands-on outdoor work and are motivated to learn, grow and progress within the civil construction industry. Our projects are long-term and ongoing, providing stable work and the opportunity to work alongside experienced crews delivering large-scale civil projects.

For the right candidates, there are real opportunities to progress into roles such as Plant Operator, Leading Hand, Supervisor and beyond.

About the Role
Working as part of an experienced civil crew, duties may include:

• Preparing worksites
• Spotting machinery
• Fencing and site setup
• Operating basic power tools and small plant
• Manual handling and general labouring tasks
• Trenching and backfilling
• Concreting and minor structures

About You
We are ideally looking for candidates who have:

• Previous civil construction or outdoor labouring experience (highly regarded), or enjoy working outdoors in a hands-on environment
• Have a strong work ethic and genuine interest in building a career in civil construction
• The ability to perform physical work in outdoor conditions
• Availability to work Monday to Friday 6:30am – 5:00pm with Saturdays as required
• A current driver licence and reliable transport
• A White Card
