General Manager | Manufacturing & Construction | 200K + | Vehicle & Bonus

Travis McLeod from ri-kroot is currently recruiting a General Manager, to oversee the manufacturing and construction divisions within a leading QLD engineering company.
  
Conveniently located off the M1 South, this newly created role is paying $200k & Super, with a company vehicle & annual bonus structure.

Reporting to the CEO, you will drive success across 3 divisions of the business, focusing on future readiness, continuous improvements, profitable manufacturing and timely project delivery.
  
The requirements to be considered for this role are;   

• Senior leadership experience within fabrication or heavy engineering environments
• A strong understanding of structural steel, heavy equipment manufacture, and industrial coatings
• Mechanical or fabrication trade background 
• Contract management and business project experience
• Strong financial acumen and strategic planning experience
• The ability to drive cultural change and influence collaboration
