CJD Equipment are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Parts Interpreter to become an integral part of our Dandenong branch.

What’s the role?
Reporting to our supportive and highly skilled Parts Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for sourcing, identifying, and selling parts for our legendary Volvo Construction Equipment.

We’ll set you up for success with top-tier training, a collaborative team, and a culture that celebrates achievement.

Your day will include:

Helping customers and colleagues find the exact parts they need
Keeping customers updated on their orders
Managing invoices and paperwork with precision
Navigating systems and catalogues to locate parts quickly
Assisting with stock takes and rotation when required

What you’ll bring:

A strong safety-first mindset
Previous experience in parts interpreting
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust
Confidence with computers and Microsoft Office
A valid Australian Driver’s Licence and Forklift Licence
A professional, can-do attitude and team spirit
Experience in the Construction Equipment industry (advantageous)
