Sci-Fleet Toyota, one of the largest Toyota dealerships in Australia with over 40 years of history, is based in Taringa and looking for 2 Customer Service superstars to join our team!

We’re hiring for Service Advisor and Receptionist positions, and you could be considered for either role depending on your skills and experience.

About the role

• Help customers with bookings, service requests, and general enquiries via phone, email, and in-person

• Redirect requests to the right internal teams

• Support daily admin tasks to keep the service department running smoothly

• Maintain accurate records and data

• Contribute to department KPIs and overall customer satisfaction

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in customer service, service reception, or administration is highly desirable

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a motivated, friendly team

• High attention to detail and organisational skills

• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment

• A current Queensland Driver’s Licence is preferred
