Reporting directly to the Dealer Principal, this is a key leadership role responsible for managing the largest team in the business. You will play a pivotal role in driving workshop performance, developing your team, and ensuring customers receive outstanding service every time.

As the successful candidate, you will:
Demonstrate strong leadership capability and confidence managing a team
Mentor, coach and support employees to help them grow and succeed
Build and maintain positive relationships with staff and customers
Ensure efficient workshop operations while delivering outstanding customer service
Manage costs and performance to maintain a profitable service department
Drive service sales and achieve departmental performance targets
Coordinate the daily activities of the Mechanical Service Department team to maximise efficiency
Maintain a strong focus on workplace safety and ensure staff training and manufacturer standards are consistently met
