Ático Hair & Beauty, located in the picturesque coastal town of Barwon Heads, is seeking a talented Beauty Therapist to join our warm, friendly, and highly skilled team. With just 25 minutes from Geelong and plenty of free parking, our salon offers both convenience and a thriving seaside community.

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, confident Beauty Therapist who thrives on creating exceptional experiences for clients. This role focuses on skin, brows, and lashes, with a strong emphasis on advanced treatments and personalised care.

Your services will include:

• Advanced skin treatments (skin needling, peels, micros, advanced facials).
• Lash lifts and tints (no extensions required).
• Brow services, including henna and laminations.
• Waxing and tanning services.
• Conducting professional consultations and recommending personalised treatments.
• Delivering a luxurious and relaxing client experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy (Level 5/6).
• Ideally 2+ years of experience in beauty therapy.
• Confidence in skin treatments, brows, lashes, and waxing.
• Friendly, professional, and client-focused personality.
• Passion for working in a supportive, team-focused environment.
