Cleaning Assistant (14+)

Job Description

I am looking for a motivated and hardworking Cleaning Assistant to help me deliver high-end exterior home services. You will be my partner on the ground, ensuring every window sparkles and every bin is spotless. Since we travel as a team, you will stay with me for the duration of the shift—from the first pickup to the final drop-off.

• Exterior Cleaning: Assisting with window cleaning, pool glass polishing, and bin sanitization.

• Site Setup: Helping unload the high-powered blowers and cleaning kits from the vehicle.

• The “Stay-With-Me” Workflow: You will be with me on-site at all times. When we aren’t actively cleaning, we’ll be based at the vehicle preparing for the next task.

• Quality Control: Doing a final “walk-through” with me to make sure the letterbox and entryway are perfect before we finish.

• Transport: Must be able to meet at a central Hornsby location or be ready for pickup.

• Attitude: You need to be fit, energetic, and happy to work outdoors in the Hornsby sun.

• Reliability: You are my “right-hand” person—I need someone who shows up on time and ready to hustle.

• Free Lunch & Snacks: No need to pack a bag! I provide a full lunch and plenty of snacks/drinks for every shift to keep the team energized.

• On-Site Comfort: During breaks or while waiting for customers, you’ll have a comfortable spot in the car with the AC/Music.
