We are now hiring a Retail Store Manager for our new Flinders Park (Adelaide) Store.
This is a Full-Time Permanent role in a fast-growing segment, with lots of opportunities to grow your career and improve your knowledge and retail sales skills.
This will be the 14th Every Battery Store, and our first in South Australia, so you will have the opportunity to get in at the ground level and help build the business in SA.
We provide lots of opportunity for career progression for those we desire it. Full Training will be provided to help you become expert in all things related to batteries & accessories.
About You:
As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for successfully operating a Retail outlet and have the opportunity to support and grow the business to meet current market trends through your own initiatives.
You will be managing a small team in a busy environment with a focus both on sales performance and customer service. We have an exceptional record for service and we want to maintain that as we continue to grow.
It can be a hands-on technical role with lots to learn. Any experience in Batteries, Solar or Auto-Electrical would be an advantage, and an interest in cars, camping or solar power would also help, but full training will be provided for the right candidates.
Desire to sell solutions that meet a customers need is a "must-have" requirement.
Requirements:
- Sales Management Experience, ideally Retail Store based.
- Computer literate - with a Focus on Stock control and POS.
- Physically fit and able to lift and fit if required (Car or Caravan batteries).
- Current Driving Licence.
