We are seeking a Chief Real Estate Investment & Development Officer who combines property market expertise with strategic leadership. You will not simply oversee development projects — you will shape the organization’s real estate investment strategy, manage development portfolios, and guide initiatives that strengthen property asset performance.

Working closely with executive leadership, property development teams, and investment partners, you will play a key role in expanding the company’s property portfolio while ensuring sustainable long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Real Estate Investment Strategy:

• Develop and implement strategies supporting property acquisition, development, and asset management
• Identify opportunities for commercial and residential real estate investment

Development Portfolio Management:

• Oversee planning and execution of property development projects from acquisition through completion
• Ensure projects meet financial, operational, and regulatory requirements

Financial Analysis & Market Intelligence:

• Conduct investment analysis, development feasibility studies, and property market evaluations
• Monitor property portfolio performance and implement strategies that improve asset value

Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Establish partnerships with investors, development partners, and real estate stakeholders
• Negotiate agreements supporting development projects and investment initiatives

Leadership & Organizational Development:

• Lead property development managers, analysts, and project teams
• Support development of high-performing real estate professionals

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:

• 12+ years of experience in real estate investment, property development, or real estate portfolio management
• Experience managing large-scale property development projects or investment portfolios

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of property market analysis, development feasibility, and real estate investment strategies
• Familiarity with property finance models and real estate asset management frameworks

Core Competencies:

• Strategic leadership and real estate investment expertise
• Strong financial analysis and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Development, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Professional real estate or property investment certifications are highly valued

Pay: $190,000.00 – $260,000.00 per year
