About the role:
As a Residential Service Assistant, you will be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary Transitional Aged Care team, providing short term, goal oriented domestic and support services to older people in the community. The focus of the program is enabling clients to restore and optimise their functional capacity during a time limited intervention phase of up to 12 weeks, in a non-hospital environment.
Working under the direction of the Transitional Care Coordinator, you will contribute to the wellbeing and recovery of older people, making this a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about delivering person-centred aged care.
