The position
Operating under the guidance of our highly successful sales team, a Sales Associate is responsible for, but not limited to:
Fielding and responding to enquiries via email, phone and SMS
Conduct open homes and private buyer appointments
Prospecting activities to generate leads through phone calls and door knocking
Database management, data entry and contact management
Diary management, organising and facilitating appointments, meetings and inspections
Negotiation, managing offers, liaising with purchasers and vendors
Reporting, collating and distribute various reports as needed
The individual
Dedicated to delivering best in class service and achieving outstanding results, the ideal Sales Associate is an individual who:
Will thrive in a faced pace, high energy team environment
Is resilient, self-motivated, and hungry for success
Possesses strong written and verbal skills
Is immaculately presented and well-groomed
Wants to build a career in real estate sales
Holds a current driver’s licence and owns a reliable car
Holds a NSW Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Agent Licence, OR is willing to obtain prior to commencement if successful
