About You
You’re commercially minded, customer-focused, and comfortable selling technical products. Experience in power tools, trade sales, retail sales, or a trade background will set you up for success. Applicants with leadership or management experience are encouraged to apply, particularly those looking to grow into future leadership opportunities.

You’ll bring:

• Sales experience in retail, trade, or technical products
• Power tools, hardware, or construction industry exposure (preferred)
• Confidence using POS and basic computer systems
• A target-driven mindset with strong communication skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Tradies looking to transition into a customer-facing sales role are welcome.

You'll be doing:

• Advising customers on power tools and trade equipment in-store and over the phone
• Driving sales through product recommendations and current promotions
• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
• Resolving customer enquiries and providing practical solutions
• Maintaining merchandising and tool display standards
• Participating in regular product and sales training

This role operates on an 11-day fortnight roster, including one weekend day each week.
