About the role: We are seeking a qualified Certified Practising Valuer to join our team to support on a number of major government contracts and projects. The role is responsible for providing quality valuation reports in a timely manner for various property classes including residential, commercial and specialised property for Local, State and Federal Government clients. Excellent communication skills are required to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and at the same time achieving personal annual budgets. What sets you apart from the rest: We are seeking a driven professional with not only highly developed valuation skills but exceptional communication and business development skills.
