What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be a key operational support in the smooth running of a major property portfolio:
Triaging helpdesk requests and allocating actions to contractors & facility managersTracking open work orders to ensure jobs are completed efficientlyReviewing contractor SWMS and escalating any safety or compliance issuesManaging key contractor compliance documents and monitoring expiry datesUploading and maintaining essential operational, risk and compliance documentationSupporting the broader property management team with admin and coordination tasks

What You'll Bring
1–2 years in property, facilities, real estate, building operations, or asset management, OR experience as a Property Administrator, FM/Facilities Coordinator, Building Admin, Tenancy Coordinator, Strata Assistant, or similarStrong organisational and multitasking capabilityConfident communication and stakeholder management skillsA proactive, solutions‑focused mindsetSolid attention to detailComfort with digital systems and Microsoft OfficeA genuine interest in property operations and career development in the industry
