About the Role

The Head of Operations is a key leadership role responsible for managing the day‑to‑day operations of our business unit. You’ll oversee our national team of technicians and administration staff, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high‑quality service delivery across all locations.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll play a major role in shaping operational strategy, driving performance, strengthening customer and supplier relationships, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and develop our operational and administrative teams across Australia

• Oversee all daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, high‑quality service delivery

• Manage key relationships with insurers, repair networks, suppliers, and national partners

• Use data analytics to optimise workforce planning, efficiency, and service outcomes

• Manage customer service metrics and drive improvements in satisfaction and response

• Oversee administration across scheduling, compliance, and invoicing teams

• Provide regular performance and financial reporting to the General Manager

• Develop, monitor, and take ownership of operational budgets and expenditure

• Lead risk management initiatives, ensuring best‑practice safety and compliance

• Drive strategic initiatives aligned with business growth and long‑term goals

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in operations, service delivery, or a related field

• Experience leading multi-site teams or field-based workforces

• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budget and P&L management

• Skilled in data analytics and using technology to improve operational performance

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• A strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environment
