Procurement & Contracts Advisor - Baseline Cleared

This contract is ideal for an experienced procurement professional with strong knowledge of Commonwealth procurement frameworks and hands-on experience using TechOne, AusTender and BuyICT to manage procurement records, reporting and contract administration.

Security Clearance Requirement: Baseline Clearance
Closing Date: 10:00 am 19 March 2026

Essential Tasks:

• Provide specialist procurement advice to stakeholders in line with Commonwealth rules and legislation
• Create, update and maintain procurement records in TechOne and BuyICT
• Manage AusTender approaches to market, panel arrangements and reporting obligations
• Support contract management and supplier relationship activities across the business

Key Criteria:

• Demonstrated experience with TechOne, AusTender and BuyICT
• Strong knowledge of Commonwealth Procurement Rules and PGPA Act compliance
• Ability to produce clear, practical procurement documentation and maintain accurate records
• Australian citizenship and a current Baseline clearance are required
