About the role

  • Lead and inspire a warehouse team to achieve KPIs and maintain operational excellence.
  • Monitor and enforce safety standards, proactively managing risks and incidents.
  • Drive efficiency in workflow, reporting, and communication across all levels.
  • Utilise SAP and WMS systems to manage stock, orders, and team productivity.


What you bring

  • Previous warehouse leadership/team leader experience (2+ years preferred).
  • A forklift licence plus practical SAP and WMS experience.
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to creating a safe, positive team culture.
