The Role

As a Freight Forwarding Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling customer queries and providing excellent account support
• Coordinating deliveries and shipments for both sea and air freight
• Assisting with quoting, invoicing, and database management
• Performing some data entry and general administrative tasks
• Learning all aspects of the freight forwarding process with ongoing guidance and training

About you!

• A keen desire to expand on your current knowledge within the freight forwarding industry
• Minimum 12 months – 2 years freight forwarding experience (local or overseas)
• Some knowledge of Expedient is desirable, but not essential
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Minimum 3 year working visa
• Strong communication skills as you will be speaking directly with customers
• The right attitude!

Salary
$70,000–$75,000 based on your level of experience
