Logistics Officer

Due to continued growth, Civmec is currently seeking applications for an experienced Logistics Officer to join our team. Based in Henderson, the successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating transportation of goods for our metro operations.

Responsibilities for the role will include:

• Coordinate the transportation of goods between suppliers and sites.
• Managing inventory using ERP systems, including tracking and scanning
• Operating a forklift safely and efficiently (valid ticket required)
• Advising external stakeholders of delivery specifications and/or restrictions.
• Monitor purchase order delivery dates and prepare; accordingly, and
• Ensuring transport permits are procured and regulations adhered to.
• Full time, Monday- Friday

• Possess strong skills and abilities in communication, customer service, and efficient problem solving.
• Proven experience as a Logistics Officer or in a similar warehouse role
• Strong ERP experience (track and scan)
• A valid forklift licence and driver’s licence
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
