Jig Setter – Timber Frame & Truss Manufacturing

We’re looking for a Jig Setter to join a busy timber frame and truss manufacturing team. This role suits someone reliable with good attention to detail and experience in a factory or frame/truss environment.

What you’ll do

Set up and adjust jigs for wall frames and roof trusses
Read and follow plans and cutting lists
Work with the production team to keep workflow moving
Check quality and ensure jigs are safe and accurate

What you need

Experience in timber frame & truss (preferred)
Ability to read drawings
Good attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast‑paced factory
