The Position

This is a lead position in our growing Sunshine Coast office. You will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Flexible working arrangements including work-from-home and flexible hours are supported.

This position is perfect for an experienced property manager returning to the industry or an up-and-coming professional wanting to take the next step in their career.

Requirements

• Experience in property management and proven ability to work autonomously

• Minimum of 2-3 years of property management experience is required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Knowledge of relevant legislation and industry best practices

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Valid driver's license & Reak Estate certification
