Senior Property Manager

Laing+Simmons Head Office is looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our property management team.

This role suits someone who enjoys working within a collaborative team environment, where portfolios are managed collectively and everyone contributes to delivering a high level of service to landlords and tenants.

While each team member takes ownership of their responsibilities, the portfolio is supported by a clear team structure across leasing, inspections, maintenance and administration. This approach ensures the workload is shared while maintaining strong communication with landlords and tenants.

With hybrid working, ongoing training, property management team days and a supportive culture, this role offers the flexibility and support many Property Managers are looking for.

The Role

• Working within the property management team to manage a portfolio of residential properties

• Communicating with landlords and tenants and providing regular updates

• Coordinating repairs and maintenance with tenants, landlords and trades

• Managing rental reviews and lease renewals

• Conducting routine inspections and supporting open for inspection

• Responding to enquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Maintaining accurate records and compliance

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in property management (Senior or experienced Property Manager level)

• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

• Strong knowledge of NSW residential tenancy legislation

• Ability to confidently manage a portfolio independently

• Experience using PropertyMe or similar property management systems

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills

• Strong organisation and attention to detail

• Reliable car and valid driver’s licence
