Based in New Farm, Brisbane, the business is focused on delivering high-quality commercial sales, leasing and property management services. This role offers the chance to help establish and grow a brand new commercial properties portfolio supported by the national Ray White Commercial network and its industry-leading training, systems and resources.

We are seeking a Commercial Property Manager with a minimum of 2 years’ experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.

This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in building and shaping a commercial property management department within a growing agency.

You will manage a developing portfolio while working closely with the sales and leasing team to onboard new managements and deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

Importantly, this role does not involve trust accounting, allowing you to focus on portfolio management, relationships and growth.

• Manage and grow a commercial property management portfolio

• Onboard new managements including agency agreements, compliance and system setup

• Coordinate repairs and maintenance including quotes, work orders and contractor management

• Conduct routine, entry and exit inspections

• Prepare and manage outgoings budgets and reconciliations where required

• Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and tenant communications

• Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors

• Ensure properties are managed in accordance with legislation and compliance requirements

• Work closely with the sales and leasing team to support asset performance and minimise vacancy

• Minimum 2 years experience in commercial property management

• Current Real Estate Licence (QLD)

• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

• Strong communication and relationship management skills

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative

• Experience with property management software (Cirrus8 experience highly regarded)
