We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our dynamic team.

About the Role
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties while providing outstanding service to both landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a residential property portfolio end-to-end with the addition of dedicated support staff

• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors

• Manage lease renewals and rent reviews

• Arrears management and tenant communication

• Liaise with landlords and provide regular updates

• Advertising and leasing properties

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in property management preferred

• Current WA Property Management Registration or Real Estate Licence

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

• Property management software (PropertyTree, MRI Rent Find and VaultRE)

• Current driver's WA licence
