Property Manager

This role offers the opportunity to manage a portfolio while working within a supportive team environment where systems and processes are designed to help you focus on client relationships rather than unnecessary admin.

Jeff Jones has been part of the Brisbane property industry since 1977, and our approach has always been centred on stability, professionalism and long-term service.

As a Property Manager you will oversee a portfolio of residential properties, maintaining strong relationships with both property owners and tenants.

You’ll work alongside our broader property management team to ensure communication, maintenance coordination and compliance are handled efficiently and professionally.

The role is supported by internal systems and team members who assist with administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on managing relationships and delivering consistent service to clients.

• Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties

• Building strong relationships with property owners and tenants

• Coordinating maintenance and repairs

• Managing tenancy issues in line with Queensland legislation

• Supporting vacancy management and leasing activities

• Working collaboratively with our property management team
  

We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships and delivering reliable service to clients.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Knowledge of Queensland residential tenancy legislation

• Strong communication and organisation skills

• Ability to manage competing priorities

• A professional and solutions-focused approach

• A current driver's licence

Helpful but not essential:

• Previous experience managing a property portfolio

• Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
