Whether you’re looking to deepen your exposure to residential development or apply your expertise within one of the most respected valuation teams in the country, this is a standout opportunity to work alongside highly credentialed industry leaders and some of Australia’s largest Property Institutions. What your day might look likeAttending property inspections and client meetingsLiaising with sales agents to source and validate market dataUndertaking detailed property, sales and financial analysisPreparing models and feasibility assessmentsProducing high‑quality valuation reports Contributing to and presenting in client meetingsManaging your own budget and workflowBuilding strong client relationships and seeking feedbackSupporting team members as requiredThis is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your skills while developing new ones in a specialised and highly regarded area of valuation practice. About YouYou’re a CPV who takes pride in delivering accurate, commercial and well‑reasoned advice.
