Job Overview:
As XCMG business grows in Australia, the size and complexity of contracts is increasing. Each major contract requires dedicated support and active management to ensure compliance with contract obligations, control contracts risks, track deliverables, and coordinate commercials.
We are looking for candidates who are eager to join the company at this significant stage of growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Commercial Specialist will support the team in following:
· Develop tender packs for submission to customers.
· Review conditions of tender.
· Draft and negotiate NDA/MoUs and minor contracts.
· Develop a contract register for XCMG Au.
· Manage contract delivery for assigned contracts.
· Draft commercial letters and offers.
Qualifications:
Qualification in Law, CPA or engineering with experience working in mining industry.
Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in the mining industry.
Candidates must possess commercial or contracts-focused experience within the mining industry.
Certificates required:
Legal practice license or CPA or MBA.
Additional Information:
This role will support sales team in building tenders and commercial proposals under the guidance of the Associate Director of the Team, including ongoing contract delivery activities, monitor contract compliance and participate in contracts review activities. This position will support business growth by reducing commercial related workload from sales team and increase capacity to respond better to sales and business development opportunities.
This role will also support in governance and risk management of key projects.
Candidates must be Australian citizens or permanent residents.
