The Property Officer provides timely and appropriate property services in the region to support the

administration of the Crown Land Management Act 2009.

The role provides support and services in accordance with policy and legislation to clients and stakeholders to administer Crown land tenure and is involved in a diverse range of dealings such as licensing, leasing, dedications, easements and the sale of surplus crown land.

Contract:

Contract for up to 2 May 2028

Special Conditions:

Will be required to participate in responses to state emergencies or associated duties.

You must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or provide evidence that you hold a valid working visa that allows you to work in Australia.

Prior to being employed, the successful applicant will be required to obtain a National Police Check.

A current class “C” driver’s licence and willingness to drive is essential.

May be required to undertake intra or interstate travel, occasional overnight absences, and work outside of the normal hours of work.

Remuneration:

ASO3 $71,589 min - $76,033 max p.a.
