• Generous salary on offer - Up to $120k depending on expereince 

 
The Role: 

• Manging a portfolio of circa 150 properties
• NO leasing and accounts
• Full support with admin from off shore VA 
• No Ingoings or Routines
• Vendor and tenant management
• NCAT and arrears management 

The Person:

• Proven experience as a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager, with a strong track record of successfully managing residential portfolios and delivering outstanding results.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, allowing you to confidently engage with landlords, tenants, and trades while maintaining positive, long-term partnerships.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and ensure all property operations run efficiently and smoothly.
