Role DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Solicitor for a full-time, on-site position at our Ipswich office. The role involves managing a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, parenting arrangements, property settlements, and mediation. Responsibilities include providing legal advice, drafting documents, representing clients in court, and maintaining strong communication with clients to guide them through often complex and sensitive legal processes. You will work as part of a collaborative legal team to deliver outstanding services to our clients. A competitive salary will be negotiated with the suitable candidate commensurate with experience. QualificationsMinimum of 2 years PAE in Family Law.Proficiency in Family Law and related legal areas, including support for parenting arrangements, divorce, and property settlements.Experience in other legal domains such as Commercial Conveyancing and Leases is desirable.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective client engagement and teamwork.Strong legal research and analytical skills to provide well-informed advice and solutions for clients.Qualifications in Law and a current legal practicing certificate in Queensland.Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines efficiently.Compassionate, professional, and committed to delivering optimal outcomes for clients.
