The opportunityWe are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our Environment & Planning Practice Group in our Brisbane Office. You will be busy with tasks such as:assisting Partners and other allocated legal staff;major project support;matter management;preparation of correspondence and contracts;monthly billing using our file management system, Aderant;diary management, liaising with clients and other general administration. To succeed in this role, ideally you'll haveexperience supporting a Partner or executive;excellent grammar, spelling and attention to detail;strong time management and organisation skills;experience using Aderant and iManage (or similar) is highly desirable but not essential.
