Management Consulting Opportunities – Defence Sector

Accenture is growing our Talent & Organisation (T&O) consulting team in Canberra, and we are looking for Management Consultants across multiple levels who bring Health & Public Service (H&PS) industry experience and strong Change & Transformation capability.

You will work with H&PS organisations to deliver large-scale ICT transformation and delivery programs, shaping change initiatives, workforce strategy and operating models. You will play a critical role in ensuring technology investments translate into real, sustainable outcomes for end users.

What you’ll work on

• Large-scale change and transformation programs

• End-to-end Organisational Change Management (OCM) for ICT-enabled transformation programs

• Stakeholder engagement within complex H&PS organisations

• Organisation and operating model design

• Workforce strategy and workforce planning

• HR and technology-enabled transformation

We’re particularly interested in candidates with experience in:

• Change Management & Transformation

• Technology-enabled transformation and system implementations

• Defence ICT delivery, digital modernisation or enterprise platforms

• Organisation Design / Operating Model Design

• Workforce Planning, Talent Strategy and Capability Development

Requirements

• Experience working within or consulting to Health & Public Service organisation, with Defence experience highly regarded

• Demonstrated experience delivering change in complex organisations

• Strong understanding of how people, process and technology interact in large organisations

• Ability to operate in highly governed, security-conscious environments

• Australian Citizenship (mandatory)
