Job Description

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Administration Team Leader to lead our business support team, ensuring smooth administrative operations that directly impact revenue, operational performance, and cost control. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and skilled in coordinating daily activities while motivating a high-performing team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the admin team, providing coaching, performance feedback, and clear direction.
  • Oversee daily administrative operations, including billing, revenue capture, and internal cost allocation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting to support operational and financial decision-making.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex administrative, operational, or customer queries.
  • Plan and coordinate team schedules, manage attendance, and approve leave to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members, including system and process guidance.

  • Experienced in administrative leadership within fast-paced environments
  • Skilled at motivating, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong knowledge of billing, reporting, and cost allocation processes
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Proficient in operational systems and ERP platforms
  • Solutions-focused with a keen eye for process improvements
  • Professional, organized, and proactive, with excellent communication skills
  • Experience with TGE administrative systems is highly desired.
