About the role:
This role supports and delivers integrated marketing campaigns, creating and coordinating content across channels. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, it collaborates with teams across Marketing and Commercial and works closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers and agencies.

This is a 0.4 FTE role with 15.2 working hours per week until 25 September 2026. Working hours can be flexible around candidate’s personal preference in consultation/discussion with Manager.

As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll also:
Plan and implement marketing activities that support member engagement, retention, renewals, events and advocacy.
Monitor campaign performance and report on insights to optimise marketing activities.
Coordinate briefs, timelines, and inputs from stakeholders, designers, suppliers and agencies.
Identify opportunities to enhance marketing communications and strengthen the member experience.

Skills and experience:
Strong grasp of marketing and brand principles
Ability to juggle deadlines and competing priorities
Confident communicator across all stakeholder levels
Proven initiative, creativity and attention to detail
