Your duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Develop and implement the sales & marketing strategies to Palinda’s brand and increase revenue across cellar door, wholesale, hospitality, retail and online sales channels.
  • Analyse wine market trends, consumer demand, competitor activity and pricing structures to identity new business opportunities and guide strategic decision-making
  • Lead, manage and supervise the sales and marketing team in setting performance target, KPIs and conducting regular performance reviews.
  • Oversee brand positioning and marketing campaigns including digital marketing, social media, promotional events, wine tastings and participation in industry exhibitions and trade shows.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wine wholesalers, retailers and hospitality partners to expand market reach and networking.
  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns, promotions, digital marketing initiatives and brand communications to increase sales.
  • Prepare and manage marketing budget by monitoring expenditure and ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Coordinate with senior management to align sales forecasts with production volumes and inventory planning.
  • Oversee pricing strategies, contract negotiations and major sales agreements
  • Prepare management reports, sales forecasts and performance analyses for directors and senior stakeholders
  • Ensure all activities comply with Australian liquor licensing laws, advertising regulations and responsible alcohol marketing standards.
  • Represent Palinda Wines at wine industry events, trade tastings and networking forums to promote the company’s products and strengthen industry relationships.

The job will be full-time (9am-5pm).

Successful applicants must have:

· Minimum Bachelor or Diploma of Business or business-related studies

· At least 3 years’ experience work experience or work in a similar role

· Strong leadership and team management skills

· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin

· Ability to build and maintain long-term commercial relationships

· Excellent analytical, reporting and budgeting capabilities.
