Northern Star Resources has a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Systems Development Analyst to join our team working at our Subiaco corporate office. This role is offered on a 12‑month fixed term full time basis working Monday to Friday

The Systems Development Analyst will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and supporting the organisation's finance and business systems to enable efficient operations and support strategic growth. Working collaboratively with stakeholders, the position identifies improvement opportunities, drives system enhancements, and ensures accurate and reliable transaction processing and reporting.

Here is what awaits you.

  • Maintain and support core business systems, including Pronto and Redmap, ensuring reliable day‑to‑day performance.
  • Complete routine system administration, monitoring data integrity and managing connections with peripheral systems.
  • Resolve and troubleshoot system issues promptly to minimise operational disruption.
  • Contribute to the development, optimisation, testing, and deployment of new system functionality.
  • Identify and recommend system improvements aligned with organisational growth and strategic objectives.
  • Support governance activities, including policy updates, auditing requirements, and change management initiatives.
  • Provide timely user support via the ServiceNow helpdesk and deliver effective training to system users.
  • Maintain and update system training materials and documentation to support business readiness

To thrive in this role, you will need.

Experience: Analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with proven experience in managing projects related to business systems and enhancements as well as demonstrated customer service and stakeholder engagement abilities

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related discipline from a recognised tertiary institution

Passion for Growth: Strong understanding of modern business processes and organisational change management and a collaborative mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple departments are essential
