Who we are looking for:

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Operations Manager who enjoys building systems, supporting teams whilst also actively engaging in client work, and ensuring great work gets delivered smoothly and efficiently. This role will play a key part in helping our agency scale by improving workflows, supporting our digital specialists, and ensuring our growing base of retainer clients receive exceptional service.

You will work closely with the leadership team to oversee day-to-day operations, resource planning, and project delivery, helping our team stay focused, productive, and supported. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to a fast-moving environment and takes pride in helping a team do their best work.

This is the perfect role for you if you:

• Have experience in operations, project management, or delivery management, ideally within a marketing, digital, or creative agency

• Enjoy supporting teams and improving systems so workflows smoothly and efficiently

• Are highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects, timelines, and priorities

• Have strong communication and leadership skills, and enjoy working closely with both clients and internal teams

• Are proactive and able to identify bottlenecks, solve problems, and improve processes

• Have an understanding of AI or digital marketing services such as SEO, paid media, websites/ UX, or content production.

• Take pride in building a positive, supportive team environment
