Senior Technology Project Manager - Insurance

Leading general insurance provider!

$1100 to $1400 + super per day

Sydney CBD or Paramatta | Hybrid

ASAP start | 6 month initial contract with strong extension potential

Essential: Proven and recent project delivery experience within the insurance industry. Candidates without insurance domain experience will not be considered.

We're working with a large, complex insurance organisation delivering major technology and transformation initiatives and looking for an experienced Senior Technology Project Manager to join their delivery team.

This role will lead enterprise-scale programs involving technology, operational change, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.

The role

Lead delivery of complex technology and transformation programs

Act as the primary point of contact for senior business stakeholders

Manage project budgets, timelines, governance and reporting

Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver outcomes

Analyse operational and financial information to support decision-making

Develop communication plans and manage project stakeholders

Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes

About you

Senior Project Manager experience within the insurance industry

Strong track record delivering enterprise technology programs

Excellent stakeholder engagement skills at senior leadership level

Experience managing vendors, delivery governance and project budgets

Comfortable operating in complex enterprise environments

Experience in consulting, transformation programs, or regulated industries will be highly regarded.
