Digital Business Analyst

We’re looking for a Digital Business Analyst who loves solving real customer problems and thrives in fast-moving, design-led digital teams. You’ll work closely with Product Owners, Designers, and Engineers to shape ideas, clarify problems, and turn customer insights into delivery-ready work. What You Will Do:Facilitate discovery sessions to understand customer problems before jumping to solutionsWork closely with Designers and Product Owners using artefacts like Figma, journey maps, and service blueprintsRun story mapping workshops to define MVP scope and delivery sequencingTranslate insights into clear user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira and ConfluenceCollaborate daily with engineers, designers, and testers to ensure requirements are clear and customer-focusedSupport Agile delivery including backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies, UAT, and releases What You Will Bring:Experience as a Digital Business Analyst delivering customer-facing digital productsStrong experience working in Agile environmentsAbility to turn design artefacts (Figma, journey maps, personas) into actionable requirementsStrong facilitation and stakeholder management skillsExperience using Jira and ConfluenceAbility to bring structure and clarity to evolving problems Nice to HaveExperience working on digital platformsExposure to GitHub, Jira, Confluence, FigmaUnderstanding of front-end, back-end, API impacts
