About DavcorDavcor Group is a leading Australian supplier of security hardware and electronic locking solutions, working with locksmiths, security integrators, OEM manufacturers and commercial customers across the country. As part of our continued growth, we are expanding one of our electronic locking technology platforms designed to extend access control beyond traditional doors. These solutions secure applications such as cabinets, display cases, drawers, access panels and other areas requiring controlled access. We are seeking a Business Development Manager based in Sydney to drive national channel growth and increase market adoption of these electronic security solutions. This is a hybrid role combining field-based business development with flexible working arrangements. About the RoleThis is a hands-on growth role focused on developing new sales channels and identifying specification opportunities across multiple market segments. You will be responsible for: Developing and growing new channel partnerships including:Access control companiesSecurity integratorsOEM manufacturersLocksmiths and security installers Identifying and engaging end users and project stakeholders who can specify electronic locking solutions within their projects. Driving adoption of electronic locking solutions across applications such as:Retail displaysCommercial facilitiesSecure cabinets and storageEquipment panels and access pointsIndustrial and specialist installations Working with access control providers to extend existing access control systems into additional secure access points. Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing opportunities. Providing technical guidance and solution-based selling to customers and partners. Representing Davcor at industry events, partner meetings and customer demonstrations.This role suits someone who understands the electronic security ecosystem and is comfortable working across both channel development and end-user markets.
