Role Description We are seeking a full-time Business Development Consultant to drive growth and build strong client relationships. Based in Perth, WA, this hybrid role offers a combination of in-office collaboration and remote work flexibility. Key responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, developing new business opportunities, creating customized business plans, providing expert consulting services, and cultivating lasting client partnerships through excellent communication and engagement. Qualifications Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and seize growth opportunities.Strong Consulting and Business Planning skills to guide clients and design tailored strategies.Exceptional Communication skills to foster relationships, present solutions, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Prior experience in business development, consulting, or related roles preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.Proficiency in using business tools and CRM systems is a plus.
