About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the marketing team at Godfrey Hirst Australia as a Marketing Assistant. In this full-time role based in South Geelong, VIC, you will play a key part in supporting the implementation of the company's marketing strategy and initiatives.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities across various platforms
Coordinating the production and distribution of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and social media content
Providing administrative support to the marketing team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records
Conducting market research and data analysis to support the team's decision-making
Collaborating with other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective communication
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing efforts

What we're looking for

Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in a similar marketing assistant or coordinator role
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and experience with CMS and/or marketing automation platforms
Passion for marketing and a keen interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
