Role: Business Solution Design LeadLocation: Melbourne Job Description:Knowledge & Experience • Mandatory exposure of ITSM/CSM tool - ServiceNow • Experiences in designing and delivering ServiceNOW solutions • 5 years + experience working as a Solution Lead with a Service Assurance / Solution architect, Solution lead • 5+ years’ experience in system automation delivery programs • 5+ years’ experience with defining new products & IT Solutions • 3 years’ experience in IT Strategy planning &/or working on technology transformation initiatives • Agile Coach/Scrum Master/Product Owner/Product Manager qualification • Experience in general business analysis in a large telecom transformation • Subject Matter expert in case management best practices • Knowledge of system testing process, environments & execution (ST/SIT/UAT) Practical/Specialist/Technical Skills: • Excellent and strong Stakeholder Management skills • Excellent organisational management skills • Strong general business acumen • Experiences in designing and delivering ServiceNOW solutions • Can quickly build relationships across an organisation to align and leverage in delivering accountabilities • Strong communication skills and proven ability to deliver outcomes with external stakeholders and customers • Excellent Practical problem-solving skills • Ability to “bridge the gap” between teams and cross functional processes • Experience in a related position and ability to work under minimum instruction Interested Candidates can share their updated resumes on [email protected] or can reach me on +61283195549
