Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Perth, WA. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and develop strategic growth initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting market research, creating business proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. The candidate will drive strategies for client acquisition and retention, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Qualifications Proven abilities in Business Development, Lead Generation, and Client AcquisitionSkills in Sales Strategy, Account Management, and presenting proposalsStrong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsExperience conducting Market Research and AnalysisExceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of the industries related to residential, commercial, and industrial services is advantageousBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
