About the role:
As the Group Head of Marketing, you will lead the strategic direction of Monash IVF Group’s marketing function, shaping a unified and commercially focused approach that strengthens our trusted brand and supports sustainable long‑term growth. In this role, you will be accountable for overseeing the end‑to‑end marketing strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring all activity aligns with organisational priorities, regulatory requirements, and the evolving needs of our patients, referrers, and clinicians. You will champion a high‑performance, data‑driven marketing culture and guide the team to deliver initiatives that enhance brand preference, optimise the marketing funnel, and contribute directly to referral growth and market share. This is a senior leadership role with the opportunity to influence organisational impact at scale and play a key part in shaping the future success of the Monash IVF Group.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the Group’s end‑to‑end marketing strategy, establishing a clear, commercially focused direction aligned to organisational priorities.
  • Translating the overarching strategy into actionable annual and quarterly plans, defining measurable targets and driving accountability across the marketing function.
  • Providing strategic leadership of brand architecture, positioning, identity, and key messaging, ensuring a cohesive and high‑impact Group Brand Strategy.
  • Overseeing the development and execution of integrated marketing pipeline plans, driving awareness, consideration, and conversion across all markets.
  • Leading the organisation’s PR and media strategy in partnership with the COO to strengthen brand reputation and external visibility.
  • Driving innovation, data‑driven decision‑making, and customer‑centricity, building a high‑performance marketing culture.
  • Strengthening cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement, building strong partnerships across clinical, commercial, and operational teams to ensure marketing initiatives deliver measurable commercial and patient‑focused outcomes.

Ideally you will bring the role:
You will be an experienced, commercially minded marketing leader who thrives in a dynamic, patient‑centric environment. You combine strategic vision with the ability to translate insights into measurable commercial outcomes, and you have a proven record of elevating brand performance in complex, multi‑site or matrixed organisations. You bring confidence, curiosity, and a passion for driving meaningful commercial and customer impact.

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline, supported by extensive marketing leadership experience (10+ years).
  • A strong track record in building brand awareness, recognition, and preference in consumer‑driven sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret complex marketing and commercial data to inform strategy and improve performance.
  • Experience operating within cross‑functional or matrix environments, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • A customer‑centric mindset with a deep understanding of customer needs, behaviours, and segmentation.
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to link marketing initiatives directly to commercial outcomes.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability, including driving high‑performance culture, capability uplift, and team engagement.
