  • Salary band of $60,295 - $77,430 plus superannuation plus yearly increases
Community Correctional Services (CCS) contributes to the safety of the community by applying practices that reduce reoffending and connect individuals to programs, services and community. CCS provides management of individuals on court orders, people who have committed serious sex offences on post sentence supervision and prisoners on parole.
About the role:
In the North East Metro Region the CCS Business Support Officer will work across four CCS locations: Reservoir, South Morang, Derrimut and Epping.
The role will require travel to various locations across the Area.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Provide a range of high quality and efficient administrative services to CCS.
  • Assist with CCS Recruitment and Training, including the preparation of new starter paperwork, coordination of local recruitment processes, and collation of HR requests.
  • Provide administrative support at regional management meetings and perform secretariat duties.
About you:
  • Well-developed computer literacy.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, procedures, guidelines and regulations is desired.
  • There are no mandatory qualifications for this role, however, a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline is desirable.
