Sales and Marketing Manager

Shiny Embroidery, the leading apparel manufacturer in northern Melbourne and Australia's largest decorator, providing in-house embroidery and printing, is now seeking a full-time Sales & Marketing Manager to support its continued business growth and expansion.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies in consultation with senior management to promote the company’s products and support business growth.
• Plan and oversee advertising, promotional and marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients across target markets.
• Manage sales operations by defining target markets, sales territories and service standards while monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
• Supervise and coordinate sales personnel, agents and distribution partners in promoting and distributing embroidered uniforms and promotional apparel.
• Establish pricing strategies and commercial sales arrangements for the company’s products and services to support competitive positioning.
• Maintain consistent marketing communications and ensure promotional activities comply with relevant advertising standards and regulations.

To be successful in this role you must:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related discipline, or possess equivalent relevant experience.
• Have at least three years of experience in sales, marketing or business development roles, preferably within apparel, uniforms, promotional products, manufacturing or B2B distribution sectors.
• Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and analytical skills to evaluate market trends, customer needs and competitor activity.
• Exhibit excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with senior management, sales teams and external partners.
• Have experience planning and managing marketing campaigns and sales initiatives across multiple channels.
• Possess strong organisational abilities and a results-driven approach to achieving sales and marketing targets.

Salary range: $78,000 to $95,000 per annum plus all statutory welfares.
